We take a tour of Windows Phone 7 Series and its innovative new start screen and smartphone UI. It’s not the app-based, grid layout that we’re used to seeing from the iPhone and its competitors. Instead, WP7 uses a hub-based start screen (homescreen) that integrates apps with a paradigm-shifting design. We also take a look at the Microsoft Office Hub that gives users access to all documents, One Note note-taking tools, and SharePoint.
